This is a very interesting issue. As an educator, I am moving myself forward professionally, making connections with people around the world through my social networks. I think in order to be taken seriously, I need a decent fairly professional photo for my Ed.Tech Twitter. However, my Facebook account where I am much more into my personal life has a variety of photos that I would say are less than professional. Not unprofessional at all...just less than. I think it depends on how you are using the medium and to whom you are making connections with. How would you want them to remember you? Thanks for this. Great post.
