Blog and site moved to new server
June 28th, 2009

This blog and my main web site has been shifted to a new server by my host ICDSoft. The migration and the upgrade to 10gbyte of server space was free. Excellent service and brilliant support.

As a result of the migration some image links and similar may appear ‘broken’ as the site propagates across the net and dns caches are updated.

If you do spot a persistent broken link please drop me a line or even a direct message via Twitter.

Came across your blog by accident and noticed the old pic of Bellambi. We lived in the big pink house at the end of Pioneer Rd, and went to the same school,St Columberkills, lol.
The vast open tracts of land to roam about in those days were unreal, we would catch some of the horses behind Heggies and ride them, us kids, 2 other brothers and sister would always walk to the beach ourselves.
The Bellambi swimming club was a great club, and I got some trophies for point score swimming.
The club rapidly went down hill when the Housing Commission moved in.
I thinks its about then we learned about drug abuse, it was the weed back then, the kids into it were dumb-asses and bullies, hardly the “cool” crowd, so ever since then i’ve never understood how drug abuse is so called rampant, or is it just the media beating it up?
